Joël MASHINI is a chartered accountant registered with the National Order of Chartered Accountants (ONEC). He is also a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the United Kingdom.
